Shanti Children
We help orphans, one parent families, poor and needy children in the larger area of Tiruvannamalai. Our special attention is focused on the girls, because they have very limited opportunities for education and higher paid employment.
The Shanti Children Project directly supports 50 poor children aged between 5 to 19 years.
"SCP" helps them with school fees, exam fees, notebooks, tuition fees and school-uniforms.
Other than this we help more than 80 kids through our tuition centre,
to help with their studies and extracurricular activities.
We offer them variety of monthly and annual programs and activities especially for the street children which they are very excited about. The children are very keen to learn anything new. So, they eagerly participate in all the different events with so much joy.
They also love to join and enjoy the trips we go out every year to see new places and learn new things.
